Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT PAYMENT 

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your appointment, this payment will be deducted from the total fee of the treatment. Appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been made. Deposit amount will depend on the price of the treatment. Consultations are complementary however a small deposit is taken to secure a time slot. This amount is redeemable against the treatment cost but not refundable should you wish not to go ahead with treatment. Deposits are completely non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS

A 48 hour notice is required in order to reschedule appointments, failure to do so will result in your deposit being lost. A new deposit will be required for a new booking. 

Please arrive on time to your appointment. We kindly ask you attend your appointment alone where possible. More than 15 minutes lateness will risk you losing treatment time, or your appointment being cancelled and therefore losing your deposit.

CHILDREN POLICY

We politely ask, for safety reasons that children are not brought into the Clinic.

 

PETS POLICY

We politely ask that pets are not brought into the Clinic for hygiene reasons.

TREATMENT DISCLAIMER

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your treatment before making a booking.

Please note- We have a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all our treatments. ID will be required if you look under the age of 25. No refunds will be made if you fail to provide ID or show you are not a minimum of 18 years of age.

 

Purchases of treatments or courses are completely non-refundable once session (or- first session for courses) has taken place.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Nourished Skin Clinic reserve the right to refuse service to any client due to inappropriate language or improper conduct before, during or after a service. We reserve the right to terminate any service at any given point if needed. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
